Betty Mayhall began following Jesus in 1975, becoming a member of Ozona Community Church in 2006. She worked for the State of Florida for 37 years in various capacities, investing 19 of those years helping the elderly and the disabled. Retiring in 2014, she joined the staff as an administrative assistant, learning a new set of skills.
She has a passion for local missions like our community service initiative, the Denny Project, and has great compassion for the poor and the elderly.
She is a great grandmother of two beautiful children, which keeps her on her toes and pretty busy for a retiree! When she can find the time, she enjoys genealogy, jigsaw puzzles, cryptograms and reading.
